Members who have paid membership fee 2021:

• * Adults, children & Accompanying Parents = £25 Per person. Children under 3
  years FREE.

Members who have not paid membership fee 2021

• * Adults = £35.00 Per Person. Children & accompanying parents £30.00 Per person.

Children under 3 years FREE.

• *INCLUDES: Champagne Reception, 3 course dinner, drinks, Dance, Music (DJ

Hotel Details for overnight stay:

Baylis house do provide hotel accommodation as well and we have negotiated £55 for family room with king size bed. In case anyone wants to stay overnight please contact reception on 01753 555555 and quote KPAE Diwali event.

There are other hotels like Residence inn by Marriott slough, Holiday inn Slough etc within just 1 mile of the Baylis house.

Covid-19 precaution: For the safety of everyone, it will be much appreciated if all members who are participating in the event could do a rapid lateral flow test before coming to the event. God forbid in case anyone is tested positive they
will receive full refund.
